Anna's chair

I was cleaning out the car the other day, and found this crumpled up drawing of Anna's. I'm sure it's possible that I think she's more talented than she is (isn't that the job of mothers?), but I know that I couldn't draw a chair that looked this good....(of course, my atistic abilities leave much to be desired.)

Annabelle Rose

Anna has been drawing a rose next to her name for a while now...I realized today that it's not just a doodle...I think it's pretty fitting that her middle name is something she can draw. =)

Crazy Oklahoma Weather

We were lucky to have Stephen home for 3 days last week because of the ice/snow. The kids had fun "skating" on the ice, catching snowflakes (and then eating them), going for walks in the snow (destination: willow tree), and making snow angels. Then a few days later, after the thaw, we were outside painting in the sunshine. Shortly after taking the painting photos, Sophie went inside to put a short sleeve shirt on....crazy Oklahoma weather!
